Merrick Tour I

Reception - Victorian Lawn

 Fridays and Saturdays - Rental of outdoor space with new pavilion, $700.  Sunday-Thursday - Rental $600  

   Limit: 110 people on Lawn and 40 people in pavilion (tent and sides rental mandatory for 81 or more people.)

This includes: tables and chairs, use of lawn, pavilion.front and back court yards, caterer's use of kitchen, social room for buffet set up or caterer work stations, rest room and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

Reception - Edwardian Room

Fridays and Saturdays - Rental of Edwardian Room Space: $500. Sunday to Thursday - $400    Limit: 80 people in a "sit-down" situation.

Includes: use of tables and chairs, front and back court yards, caterer's use of kitchen, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

Reception - Orientation Room

Fridays and Saturdays - Rental of Orientation Room space - $400. Sunday to  Thursday - $350   Limit: 40 people in a "sit-down" situation.

Includes: use of tables and chairs, front and back court yards, caterer's use of kitchen, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

The back courtyard is available for $300 with the same set up as above except the pace is limited to 30 people in a "sit-down" situation.

Tables and chairs come with the rentals but there is a $2 per item set up and tear down fee if clients do not wish to set up or tear down themselves.

•  The refundable deposit of $300 (Lawn rentals) or $200 deposit (Room rentals) is not included in the above prices. Refunds on deposits are at the discretion of the director. .
  
• All events taking place after 5 PM must have security arranged by client. Director's list of approved companies is available.
• All events must take place between 9 AM - 11PM on the date of the event. Clean up by caterer must be finished by Midnight respectively. Clients will be charged $100 per hour for any hour or part of an hour over the above time limits.
• All caterers must be licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. Director's list of approved caterers is available. Newly licensed caterers may be brought to the attention of the director.
• Children are not permitted in the galleries without a supervising adult. Three or more children attending events must have a "sitter" supplied by the client. All arrangements must be approved by the director prior to the event.
