Order Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and shipping address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping. We do not ship internationally.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Merrick Art Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are viable for 2 weeks after receiving items. We do not take refunds and exchanges are allowed within 1 month of purchase and we must receive the item before sending you a new one.
